Based in Kent, Benchmark Joinery is an independent, friendly family company that concentrates on quality, design and customer service. We work with our customers to achieve the finished product that they helped design, and will love and cherish for years to come.

From very small beginnings, we now operate from a 4000 square foot workshop using a range of traditional and modern techniques and machines.

We pride ourselves in providing good quality products at reasonable prices.  We can help with anything, from a replacement sash to all the joinery for a complete building refurbishment. If it's made of wood, then we can make it!

Windows

From supplying a replacement casement to a complete house full. Casement windows, storm proof style windows, or box framed sliding sash windows. Including modern flush casement high-performance secured by design windows.

Doors

In all shapes and sizes, whether they be stable type doors, French doors, folding/ sliding doors or sliding doors.

Staircases

Bespoke staircases whether they are for a paint finish or a more luxurious showpiece Oak stair.

Internal Joinery

Mouldings, such as skirting boards, dado, picture rail, architraves or glazing beads. In any timber or any mould.

Furniture

We can make bespoke furniture such as book cases, cabinets, dressers and wardrobes with sliding, hinged or mirror doors, including integrated dovetail drawers.

Kitchens

Individually designed kitchens inclusive of solid wood, stone or granite worktops.

Part ‘Q’ compliant timber frame windows

Our new Part ‘Q’ compliant window designed for new build properties, is also suitable for replacing existing windows in a property.

All windows are fittted with egress friction hinges which open to 90° and slide for easy cleaning from inside. Hinge security hooks, key operated multi-point locking and double draught excluder are tted as standard. The ‘U’ value is down to 1.2W/m2-k when made in Accoya or 1.3 when made in European Oak.
